The terms and conditions governing your use of the Publish AI platform.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Publish AI,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Publish AI platform, including all related websites, applications, services, and tools (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
Publish AI is an AI-powered content creation platform that enables users to:
Create manuscripts through voice-first input and AI-assisted drafting
Build digital video courses using AI-assisted video production including AI avatar technology
Edit and refine content using integrated rich text editing tools
Export finished works to multiple formats including PDF, DOCX, and EPUB
AI features are tools that augment your creative process — they do not operate autonomously. You remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing all content created through the Service.
To use the Service, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Service
You agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@publishai.com of any unauthorized use.

Credits are allocated at the beginning of each billing cycle. Credits are consumed when using AI-powered features. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your content remains accessible for export for 30 days.
You own all content you create using the Service.
This includes manuscripts, book chapters, outlines, transcripts, voice recordings, course materials, video content, images generated at your direction, and any other creative works produced through the Service.
Publish AI claims no ownership interest in your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.
We will not use your content to train AI models, sell to third parties, or use for any purpose other than providing the Service.
The Service, including its software, interface, design, logos, trademarks, and AI workflows, is the exclusive property of Publish AI. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or build a competing product using the Service.
You agree not to create or distribute content that:
Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence or discrimination
Infringes any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
Contains malware, spam, or phishing
Impersonates any person or entity
Constitutes or facilitates fraud
You also agree not to manipulate the credit system, interfere with the Service, or attempt unauthorized access to any systems.
If you use AI avatar features to create video content depicting a real person, you must have their explicit, informed consent. You agree not to:
Create deepfakes
Impersonate real individuals for deceptive purposes
Generate sexually explicit AI content
Create content for political manipulation
You must disclose that content was generated with AI as required by applicable law.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate content. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice. You bear full editorial and legal responsibility for all content you publish, regardless of whether AI assisted in its creation.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, harmful conduct, prolonged inactivity, or legal requirements.
Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your content before it may be permanently deleted.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Publish AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you during the 12-month period preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Publish AI from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, violation of these Terms, or your use of AI avatar features.
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@publishai.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the full Terms document. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or notice on the Platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Publish AI. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
